The way you eat and shop for food will change. I am in total disgust over the food market in the US. I will be striving to buy more organics and to find meats that are not being raised and slaughtered in the ways shown in the movie.
PS If you have Netflix you can watch it on demand. I used my Wii this morning to watch it 
I biked to work on Monday and again today. I love the feeling I get when accomplishing such a great ride. Only thing is, I am freezing. Especially today, so freaking cold and I can’t seem to warm up. I may have to switch out my polyester long johns for my smartwool ones for my next ride. At least it’ll be in the 60s for the ride home!!! Shorts and short sleeves are the way to go for the afternoon ride
After more than 2 months I have finally finished reading Pride & Prejudice! I truly loved it. I had my share of hard times getting into it but in the past week I read the last half of the book and really enjoyed it. It was wonderful to read the actual story rather than taking the 2005 movie at its word. I look forward to going home tonight and watching the movie through new eyes.
Now on to the following books: Anna Karenina by Tolstoy, Shutter Island, The Lovely Bones, and May’s book club selection of Angry Conversations with God.
I am so ready for a vacation… Work and school have been pretty stressful the past two weeks and I absolutely need to get away.
I am so jealous of Nathan who gets to do a short camping weekend in a couple of weeks. Curse you Saturday psych class!!!
Just one more month and I’ll get away for a 3-day weekend at least. Backpacking on the Superior Hiking Trail. So excited to get out into the wilderness and hike my bum off!!!!
A couple months after that we’ll be heading to the Boundary Waters for (**crosses fingers***) a 5-day weekend. That will be using up my last few days of vacay. Man, I want summer to be here!!!
