I’m on Day 21! I also moved up to Level 3 a few days ago, it’s going well. I bought a new Heart Rate Monitor and I used it for the first time today, it’s a valuable tool, it tracks my heart rate and tells me how many calories I’m burning. I really like it. The strap on my chest is kind of a pain in the ass but I’m sure the more I wear it the more I’ll get used to it.
This weekend we’ll probably do some MTBing (mountain biking) and I’ll continue with my shredding.
