30 Day Shred: Day 3

I took yesterday’s shredding off, I figured a 3hr/30 mile bike ride more than made up for it :-)

Today though was back on. Oh man, seriously, that routine kicks my a**. Plus my legs and knees were really hurting from yesterday. Funny thing is though, when I work out, I can’t feel the pain in my legs I had from biking, it wasn’t til after the workout that I could feel it and was back to limping, lol. Only 27 days to go!!!

I really need to get in shape for Vegas!

    I get tired just seeing her doing it. I could only image actually doing it.
