Did day 5 yesterday and day 6 today! I didn’t do cardio yesterday, we ended up carpooling and I didn’t have time. I did do 15 minutes of cardio on the elliptical today though before I shredded ![]()
I am down 2.5 pounds from what I was at when I started! I’ve been trying to eat healthier too. When I’m hungry I’ve been working on eating veggies or fruit and it’s working well. Also been talking to Rob at work a lot and he is such an encourager, I really appreciate having his input and accountability. He’s lost 20+ lb’s over the past several months…
Anywho, 3 weeks til Vegas!!!
