Did day 5 yesterday and day 6 today! I didn’t do cardio yesterday, we ended up carpooling and I didn’t have time. I did do 15 minutes of cardio on the elliptical today though before I shredded 
I am down 2.5 pounds from what I was at when I started! I’ve been trying to eat healthier too. When I’m hungry I’ve been working on eating veggies or fruit and it’s working well. Also been talking to Rob at work a lot and he is such an encourager, I really appreciate having his input and accountability. He’s lost 20+ lb’s over the past several months…
Anywho, 3 weeks til Vegas!!!

I took yesterday’s shredding off, I figured a 3hr/30 mile bike ride more than made up for it
Today though was back on. Oh man, seriously, that routine kicks my a**. Plus my legs and knees were really hurting from yesterday. Funny thing is though, when I work out, I can’t feel the pain in my legs I had from biking, it wasn’t til after the workout that I could feel it and was back to limping, lol. Only 27 days to go!!!
I really need to get in shape for Vegas!
