I got my first A :-)

So excited and have to share. I got an A in my General Psychology class!!! Hopefully it will be followed by many more A’s!

Now on to Intro to Film starting March 24 and Adult and Aging Psychology starting April 1.

It’s funny how much I care this time around. My first time around in college I didn’t care about my grades, I didn’t care about school, I goofed off in class and just didn’t give a rat’s ass. This time I truly enjoyed my class and the homework was interesting. It felt good to try and succeed in earning my A. I can’t wait for my next 2 classes to start…

The Sounds

So while in Colorado visiting Julie and Adam they always had the same CD playing in their SUV. I really, really liked a lot of the songs. I inquired and that’s when I learned of The Sounds. Once we got home I downloaded their album and loved it! It’s great party music, great work out music, great snowboarding music, just all around great music. Anywho, just found out they’ll be doing a show in May in Minneapolis at a small intimate theatre!!! I am so freaking excited! Tickets go on sale Sat and are only $15. I am dragging Nathan along, he’s not too into them, but that’s ok, he’ll still go and I’m sure enjoy it :-)

Garage Tip: EZ Foil Oven Rack Liners

While out and about running to pickup parts to fix the Cadillac’s broken water pump, I found myself at Wal*Mart in the kitchen section. I had been looking for coffee filters to filter some coolant, when I stumbled upon these gems. They are disposable oven liners that have about a half inch lift around the edges. For the low cost of $1.97 you get two of these bad boys. These will be great for catching small drips from the car when working on. Whether it is lubricant from WD40, brake cleaner, oil dripping, or my most disliked automotive fluid anti-freeze coolant.
