We went to Sambol Indian Restaurant in Eagan for dinner tonight. Its located off of Town Centre Drive near the new Best Buy.

We shared their Onion Bahia appetizer, Chicken Curry, and their Garlic tandoor bread. All of it was amazing!

We had our Chicken Curry made a bit spicy, I think next time we’ll ask for it the normal way, it was burning up our mouths. This was made worse by having to wait 2-5 minutes every time we needed a water refill, but these things happen.

This was our first time here and it won’t be our last. Our bill with tip was just under $20, excellent value. It helps that we share everything and stick with water…

If you like Indian food I highly suggest eating here. We’ve had authentic Indian food made for us by our sister in law and this stuff was right up there with hers!!!

No, I am not going crazy. There is a chip that is a taco, and that taco is a chip… The amazing Late Night Midnight Taco Dorito’s that our neighbors introduced too. Man, I am craving those right now….

We are heading out to Erik’s yet again tonight. We’re going to the Iron Man open house thingamajig… After a couple weeks of fundraising I’m hoping Nathan lets us buy our bikes tonight! They’re both Specialized, his is the Hardrock Sport Disc and mine is the Myka Sport. We took them for test rides on Sunday and love them! 100x better than our Target bikes.
