Anger

I've realized it's not good to let anger fester… I think I've gotten over something but each time these certain people do something to upset me I find myself adding the current offense onto a list of offenses. I am so seriously pissed off at these people right now. I just wish I could completely cut them out of my life, but unfortunately I can't… I also wish I could just confront them and yell it all out, but I would just look stupid for holding onto such anger for so long, even though, in my opinion, the anger is completely warranted. Plus they're the type of ________ (insert your own bad word here) that will turn it around and get mad at you about it. The only time I've confronted them about anything they were complete d!cks about it…

Anywho, so freaking pissed off right now and so very glad I have a 10 mile bike ride ahead to help me work it off and get it off my mind…

Don't worry if you're reading this I'm sure it's not you I am mad at, I don't think the poeple I am mad at read this…

Feeling better already after this vent :-)

Kristie's Big Day

is just around the corner!!!

Tonight is Kristie's Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner at Al Baker's. I'm so excited!!! This is so weird that it's actually here! After the dinner the girls are heading back to my house for a very low key Bachelorette Party and virgin daiquiri's, num!!!

Tomorrow is the big day! Getting my hair done by the always wonderful Wes. Then off to the church to get ready for the pics and 1:30 ceremony.

Yay!!!

Well, we're kinda broke but Nathan said we can still swing our South Dakota weekend trip in a month- yay!!! We have to rent a car, but Enterprise gave us a pretty good deal so it'll be fine! Plus this way if we break down, they're responsible, lol…

I guess we're not that broke, I just need to be saving as much as possible fix my car. I've cut a ton of stuff out of my budget over the last 2 months though so I'm doing pretty well :-)

But yeah, the trip should be fun!!! We're taking 4-days to see Wall Drug, the Badlands, Mount Rushmore, and we'll probably tour a cave. We're staying at the same campground I stayed at the summers I was 9 and 10 when we went with my grandparents and then my dad. So psyched!!!

Also, in 2.5 weeks we're taking a weekend camping trip to a State Park up north, should be pretty sweet!!! Leaving halfway through Friday to get on the road and get up there. We might be bringing our bikes with but I've yet to find any mountain biking trails up there, guess we'll see.

Hope everyone else is having a great summer so far as well!!!

Had a delicious weekend…

After all our stranded in Illinois crap it was so wonderful to have a weekend at home for us to do whatever we want with!!!

Friday night Jessica and I went to Leann Chin for dinner then headed over to Carmike to see the just released and long awaited 'Sex and the City'. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. So, so good!!! I loved it!!!

Saturday morning I picked up the lovely Gwenhwyfar and we headed over to Sophia's Piano Recital- which Phia did an excellent job in. After back to our house with Gwen to play outside, eat, nap, and play outside some more. I took her home around 5 and spent a while chatting with Olivia and catching up. It's so nice to connect with her more, I truly love her and enjoy her as my faux sister in-law :-D

Sunday was an adventure!!! Nathan wanted to go on a bike ride but didn't know where too, I suggested mountain biking. So we each ran our errands (returns and picking up a helmet for Nathan and grocery shopping and tanning for me) and met back up at the house then set up the bike rack (that's 15 years old but free!) that my mom gave us and we headed to Terrace Oaks Park in Burnsville and set out for some serious biking!!! 45 minutes later, we finished the trail and were seriously pooped as we packed the car back up to head home…

En route home, 3 houses down from us our neighbors were selling an 8-10 year old 50 old school big screen TV for $50. We were like hey we can each pitch in $25 and get that tv taken care of, so we did. Wheeled it down the street to our house (by far the most trailer park/ghetto thing I have ever done, we were laughing so stinking hard…) and got it set up and it works great! It's not HD but it's the same quality as our previous TV just twice as big- nice!!!

Anywho, that's the extent of our weekend. Along with a couple great steaks we made it was a killer…

Oh and Friday morning I got my motorcycle permit and this morning Nathan got his!!! Yay! Scooter shopping to commence soon though probably not this weekend because Kristia Carmodia is getting married! Yay!!! I will be busy commencing my bridesmaid duties Tues, Fri, Sat, and possibly Sun… Bring on the fun!!!
