World's most adorable baby is here!!!

Gwenhwyfar (pronounced Gwenifair) Barbara ——- (my brother's last name) was born this morning at 11:20am.

She weighs in at 6lb 11 and 3/4oz. They haven't taken her length yet.

She has a beautiful, full head of dark brownish black hair (just like I did when I was born!!!).

We watched Jim, her proud papa, give her a bath. He is going to make a great father.

My mom, sisters, and I all took turns holding her. She is so small and tiny and pink!!! I love her so much already. It's so amazing to just hold such a tiny (and yet huge) miracle in your arms.

I know little Gwen is going to be the center of attention for many years to come in our family, she's so darn adorable. Ahhhh, I am so excited!!!!

Nathan and I are going down tomorrow after work to see her again!

Check back for pics!!!

Love,

Amy

We're going to be an Aunt and Uncle today!!!

Olivia and Jim went down to the hospital at about 3am today. She was given an epidural at 7am. She's in no pain, so that's good.

The baby will be coming soon and once she's delivered we'll be heading down there to say hi to our new niece!!!

More details and pics to come later!!!

Such a fantastic weekend…

Friday night Jess and I took Polly out to celebrate her 24th birthday. We hit up Chianti Grill in Burnsville. As we were entering the restaurant 3 different groups of people stopped us on the way in to tell us about the hour and twenty minute wait… Smart me, I made reservations last week so we waited about 5 minutes :-D The food was pretty good. After we headed to Kohl's and wandered around there for a while, Jess bought $100 worth of earings to try on with her wedding dress the next day… We went to McDonald's for dessert, it was kinda fun, cause we were all dressed up and walking into McD's for a shake, McFlurry, and sundae…

Saturday we headed over to my grandpa's and sorted through stuff and stayed for pizza. After I met Jess up at her Pizza Hut and we headed up to the Wedding Shoppe for her 2nd dress fitting, she looks so amazing, and one of the pairs of earings she had picked out were perfect!!! So we stopped and returned the rest of them on the way back…

Saturday night Nathan and I were going to head out to meet some of his work people up at Kip's for St. Patrick's DAy, but that didn't work out. So we ended up going to Bonfire in Eagan. Holy cow!!! So incredibly good. I got the filet medallions with a mushroom bleu sauce- soooo delicious!!! My medallions were served with really good loaded mashed potatoes and super fresh green beans… Nathan had a burger the size of texas, it looked nummy.

Sunday we chilled at home most of the day. We hooked up my old super nintendo and played a bit of that… Around 6 I wasn't feeling too good so I took a benadryl and I pretty much passed out around 7 and didn't wake again till 7 this morning, so I am super well rested today :-D

Hope everyone is well.
