My sister's stayed with us this weekend. It was nice to spend some time with them. Friday we went and saw Catch and Release, it was ok.

Saturday Jess and I did some wedding stuff. We went and got all of her rental stuff taken care of at Midway Party Rental (tables, tablecloths, center pieces, punch fountain, etc.), then we headed over to Cafe Latte for lunch which was soooo delicious and really good!!! Then it was on to The Wedding Shoppe to look at invites while we waited for her dress fitting appointment…

Saturday night my brother and Olivia came over for dinner with us and my sisters. It was really nice to have all of us together. After dinner we all took turns racing eachother on the XBox, a good time had by all.

Sunday I took my sisters home early on then spent the rest of the day doing absolutely nothing!!! It was so nice to just chill and relax and watch TV and make food and do nothing…

Anywho, I'm sick today, so that sucks… but oh well.

So we got back several days ago, but I've been really lazy about posting on here…

Our vacation was so much fun. We really enjoyed the hot, humid weather compared to the cold, freezingness of a MN winter…

Our favorite port was St. Maarten!!! There Nathan bought and smoked a Cuban cigar (I did one puff, just so I can say I've tried a Cuban!) and we picked up some really great souvenirs!!!

My favorite purchase had to have been my Coach purse that I got in the Bahamas (tax and duty free so it made it more affordable!!!).

The food was pretty good on our Carnival cruise ship, but after a while it started to taste like 'gourmet' cafeteria food, kinda blah. We did have fun but we aren't sure if we are going to want to cruise again. The food was less than we expected and having to actually get up 5 out of our 7 mornings and not being able to just leisurely sleep in and chill was annoying. If we do cruise again it will not be Carnival. Our next vacation will definitely be an All-Inclusive Mexican resort, we absolutely LOVE Mexico… If we ever cruise again, it will be on Celebrity Cruise lines, I've heard excellent things about them, even though they are a bit more pricey.

I hope I didn't sound harsh on our vacation, we did have a good time and massively enjoyed our time away from home and work, I think we just had higher expectations after our honeymoon…

I had invited my family over for dinner last night, I was kinda sad, only my mom came. Samantha was sick, one of Heather's friends just got her license so they went out, and Jim was his usual undependable self. My grandpa and his fiance, Lynn, came over too though. They helped eat up the food, there were so many leftovers though… Lynn took them home to her foster boys, which was cool cause otherwise they would have gone in the trash…

Less than 48hrs and we will be on our plane to Miami!!! We are both so incredibly excited, I can hardly wait… Just have to get through 7 more hours of work!

So it's been a long week so far, ok not really, more of a countdown week!!! We are both sooooo excited for our trip next week. Only 3 more days!!! and only 2 more days of work!!!! AHHHHH, I'm so excited!!!

Anywho, otherwise the week's been good. Last night Nathan's parents came over for dinner, it was all right… I wasn't really in the mood to have people over, but oh well. Nathan made me some of my special orange juice to cheer me up, it was quite good…

Tonight we are just relaxing. I will probably work on packing a bit too and we plan on running to the library, but other than that, that's all…
