We had a wonderful weekend. Friday night I made buffalo chicken sandwiches with a new recipe I found on the food network site, they were so good!!!

Saturday we cleaned the house and Jessica came over. We brought some pictures to Proex to have reprints made and did a little shopping, she's going to Florida at the end of the month so she needed a swimsuit…

For dinner that night we had California Chicken Soup, it was delicious, it had onions, carrots, broccoli, chicken, cheese tortellini, lemon pepper, garlic salt, and oregano!!! If anyone's interested I'll post the recipe… We're actually having it again tonight, hmmmm!!!

Sunday we had apple cinnamon pancakes for breakfast- another recipe found on line. They are so nummy!!!!

And the traditional episode of Desperate Housewives on Sunday night, I absolutely love that show, I haven't missed an episode yet and Nathan likes to watch it with me- it's nice cause then I ahve someone to talk to about the show. I think he really likes it and just uses me as an excuse to watch it… lol.

Anywho, I hope all is well with everyone… I wonder if anyone even reads this stuff… lol
